Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Oryon ("the Service"), operated at agentoryon.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Oryon is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides autonomous AI agents for marketing, engineering, and customer support operations. Our AI agents plan, execute, and optimize tasks on your behalf, including but not limited to: social media posting, email outreach, ad campaign management, code review, and ticket handling.

3. Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• One account per person or business entity. Sharing accounts is not permitted.

4. Pricing and Payment

The Service is offered at $39 per month, which includes all three AI agents (marketing, engineering, and support) for one company. Payments are processed securely through Stripe.

• Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.
• No refunds are provided for partial months of service.

5. AI-Generated Content

Oryon's AI agents generate content and take actions on your behalf. You acknowledge and agree that:

• You are responsible for all content generated by AI agents on your behalf, including social media posts, emails, ad creatives, and support replies.
• We do not guarantee accuracy. AI-generated outputs may contain errors, inaccuracies, or content that does not fully reflect your intentions. You should review AI-generated content before it is published or sent.
• No liability for AI outputs. We are not liable for any damages, losses, or consequences arising from actions taken by AI agents or content they generate.
• You must comply with the terms of service of any third-party platforms where AI-generated content is published (e.g., Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, GitHub).

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
• Generate spam, misleading content, or content that infringes on others' rights.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide access to the Service to third parties without authorization.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Oryon (Conduct AI) and is protected by intellectual property laws. Content generated by AI agents on your behalf is owned by you, subject to the rights of any third-party platforms where it is published.

8. Third-Party Integrations

The Service integrates with third-party platforms (Twitter/X, Facebook, Instagram, GitHub, Slack, email providers, etc.). You are responsible for maintaining valid credentials and complying with the terms of service of each integrated platform. We are not responsible for changes to third-party APIs or services that may affect the Service's functionality.

9. Account Termination

• You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your data may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oryon (Conduct AI) and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that AI agent outputs will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in the United States.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
